$20 TP2 w/ upgrade?
 

I found a TP2 on Ebay for Sprint for $20. The catch is it says "The catch is that you either add a line or upgrade." Can I just buy the phone for a family member and not activate it right away? Would they not sell it to me?

they don't get their money from the carrier unless you activate it (with contract of course)

Looks like the scam where you buy a link to the Sprint corporate portal sites and then you need to committ fraud.

deff. a hustle. and fraud will be involved. you basicly have to verify employment with some random corp. like citi or accenture. if i were looking for something like this just look around on the howard forums. this same deal is always posted over there. (and you dont have to pay 20 dollars to access the site.)

Hard to believe Sprint doesn't prosecute these people, there is a thread on slickdeals were this has been running rampant for awhile.

i have tried it and it works, i got my tp2 for 49$. i bought the link. they dont check employment. i called and spoke to sprint business

well if anyone doesn't mind the fraud all of the corp portal links are in a post on slickdeals no need to pay for them, you also can read that sprint has audited some people and kicked them out for good. I resisted the temptation.
