How do I disable the auto-rotate on Sprint's 6.5 rom?

Whenever I use opera mobile 10, the screen is really sensitive and will rotate itself to landscape. When I had WM 6.1, I would go into the settings and disable the auto-rotate feature, but I can't find it in 6.5.
