Sprint 6.5 Rom & Slide to Unlock

First Time on Winmo 6.5

How do I enable the slide to unlock without having a pin?

Seems silly to have both enabled.

After flashing to the Sprint 6.5 stock rom I've tried smart lock 2.0F from here:

and it does not work.

I can lock the screen manually by pressing the start button and then lock at the bottom left corner but it wont lock if I turn off my screen...which is what I have the smart lock settings set to.

Before flashing to Sprint 6.5 stock, I've been using Malrom and smart lock works fine on Malrom.

I prefer the method of only pushing the button on the top of the phone to lock the screen.

I HATE having to slide to open. I just want to hit the button on the top of the phone for the same functionality as "slide to open".

Having to slide to open, AND enter a unlock code, AND having to hit the "UNLOCK BUTTON" is way too much trouble.

Why press two when you can just press the power button and have the phone lock ....or lock when the screen automatically turns off

If smartlock isn't working, try LockDevice 1.6 by Daniel Herrero Rey, set to lock on screen off. Haven't tried it on the TP2 yet because lame Ebay seller sat on my box for a few days after payment received before shipping it, but give it a shot, but it works on the TP with a 6.5.3 ROM.
