PPCGeeks - Wifi vs. Data priority what am I using?

I go back and forth between wifi and data usage on my phone, and I'm not sure which connection I'm actually using. If I open Opera using data, browse around, I can then turn on wifi, turn off data (through comm manager), but I don't know what connection I'm on.

How do I tell what connection I'm actually using?

Also, a side note question. IPChicken.com used to tell me my IP address as well as ISP (Verizon or Cox or whatever), but no longer shows ISP. Is there another site that shows what ISP I'm using (I used this to check what connection I'm on)

The phone will default to use wifi first then data when you have them both on. Wifi is shut off when the screen is off so the data will still operate then to push email and such.
