"HTC Task Manager" for Sprint 6.5

Is there any working task manager like the one that was in the stock 6.1 rom of the sprint tp2, with the drop down menu and all?

there is, but instead i utilize the htc task manager that is included. i assigned it to the long press send key. i just had to break the habit of tapping the corner to get to it.

There is one in the system already...you can change the setting to the simple one tap out in Setting, All Setting, System....I got confused with the 6.5 update too

Re: "HTC Task Manager" for Sprint 6.5

It would make sense if htc's 'Notifictions' app that comes up when you click the task bar also functioned as a task manager.

I have Resco's Task Manager mapped to the end key. It's neat and simple

This works with 6.5 and sense 2.1 on a stock rom? Can anyone confirm this?

if your notification manager is new enough, you can! all credit goes to vetvito at mobileunderground for finding out how to integrate it.
http://www.mobileunderground.info/sh...0793#post30793
install, then softreset, click on the top bar after booting and there should now be a new link to task manager

this is only to be used for builds with the start menu at the bottom as it "takes over" the whole top bar.

What is the Sprint bar with the timer doing?
Is that for the internet? and if I am on the internet and hit the X button to log off, will this timer keep running like I am logged on still?

Maybe it's just my guess - but when I installed strra's cab that disconnects the data connection automatically after 60 seconds:

1) my battery life started going up
2) my timer coincidentally stopped counting the time data is connected.
