Syncing WMP album to TP2??
 

Hey guys so I am able to get random album arts from using just my phone. I was on my comp last night downloading some music when I found out I can ADD album art to the albums in WMP. So I stayed up until 3 in the morning adding all these album art pics to my albums and then tried to sync them to my phone. Sadly that did not work the way I thought it would. I got none of the Album art that I placed with the albums to show up on my phone. Is there any easier way to manually add album art to your songs?? I am kinda anal so I was trying to get every song to have a album art picture. I dont care about the same artist having the same album art. I just want all songs to have a picture. Any suggestions anyone??:scratch:

if the music file was edited on your pc, you must also edit your storage card. i usually just add the art to the pc file, then delete the file on the storage card, then re-sync the file and the art is added. i'm sure there's an easier way but this works for me :).

Ok so here is what I did and then what I am going to do per your instructions. So I am in WMP on my computer and I right click a song and tap get song info....then I choose what album art I want for that particular song and it shows up as the picture for that song in WMP. So what you are telling me to is go onto my storage card. Delete all music files and just resync my music from WMP to my phone? Correct?

yes, pretty much. like i say, i know there's probably a much easier way, but that's how i did it. most of my cd's went automatically, the ones i bought from online stores i had to update and add the album art.

Ok Im doing that now. Ill post back and tell you if that worked.

:angry7:Didnt work. It still shows the music symbol when in the TF3D tab and all the album art that I had previously are the only ones still there. None of the ones I edited from WMP on my computer got synced. Any other suggestions?? Anyone??

i didn't know you were using tf3d music player, i know it works for wmp. sorry about that.

lol Yeah my bad. I should have stated that. See I use the TF3D music tab to view and listen to all of my music. I am trying to update the album art in that tab. I have them all set up on my computer with all the correct album art for each artists album but I cant get it to sync with my phone. It never syncs the pictures. Only the music.:scratch:
