Help..
 
I have a TP2 on TMOBILE with Windows 6.5 and today the screen has no touch capability..I can answer and make calls with the keyboard and as far as i can tell most things still work but if you touch the screen nothing happens...Phone lights up and screen homepage is up and there but when I touch it does not respond...Please Help...thanks...Mike...

What happened just prior to losing the touch screen? Did you add anything, drop it, etc? Or did you just wake up and the touch screen borked?

Sync before you hard reset.

I did not drop it or add anything to it...Got a call about 8am it worked just fine..I got a text or 2 about 10am and it worked just fine...A few more calls and text messages came and went and about 3pm the phone rang and I pressed answer and nothing happened...Since then no screen response at all...thanks guys.....

If you haven't done the SR that Kevme recommends, do that first, then if it still doesn't work, HR time, but back up your contacts, etc first if you can. If that don't work, time to visit the Tmo store.
