having propblems runing HardSpl

Hay guy...
Hay guy I recently just download the Hard-Spl software for pro 2 and every time I try to run it using winrar it shows error. Is anybody having the same kind of problems…Please help if u know how i can fit it................

how about what that error is? should guessing commence? but really though, it works just great, ive done 4 phones (all replacements of my original one) and never a hiccup. so its probably user error somewhere

bad download...re download it to a different location then extract the file.
