Custom City Weather - Won't work now

I added my city and did a soft reset, now when I go to the weather tab touch flow just restarts. Grrrr.
I deleted the city I added, did a soft reset again. And it still restarts touch flo when I go to the weather tab.


I want to undo what I did. How can I get it so weather atleast works now?

I ended up installing conflippers all city update and that fixed the problem;
