ap mobile app troubles

I deleted my AP Mobile app off my phone, and then reinstalled it onto my card. Ever since the reinstall I can topen it and I get the error message:
unable to open databse file (APnews)

How doi I fix this? Did I delte a file in file explorer I shouldnt have?
