IT IS A LIE. I just left sprint and we had two different Samsungs, and two lg's with the same problem. Ours started in December and just got worse. After speaking with several engineers, they just said it was the tower or the phone. The Sprint store said it was an outage on the samsung intrepid. All lies. Whatever the problem in my area they could not fix it. This is after several phone replacements and hours spent on the phone with sprint tech support. Finally after I wrote a letter to Dan@sprint, they adjusted my account and said feel free to find another service. I wish you all the luck. Do not believe the upgrades that cause you to lose service.

i had this problem with uscc but now i am on sprint with a touch pro, treo pro and a hero and i no longer have this issue and i live at and frequent the same place...so it is not coverage related.
