Messaging Phantom Screen

VZW Stock wm6.5 with Sense 2.1

On the Home Tab I get the top bar to change like its trying to bring up the messaging tab (it changes the bottom soft keys to match the messaging tab).

I click on the home screen (anywhere) and it goes back to normal.

This happens quit often and starting to drive me nuts.

Is there a fix for this?
I can't be the only one having this issue.

If need be, will video it happening and post it up for all to see.
