almost every sprint rep in the store i go to is trained well in LYING ... when i had the tp1(9 of em) & spending plenty of time in the sprint store & on this site, reading day after day ppl complaining about similar issues i know the sprint store also experienced the same .. but each time i would say listen its known touch pros are plagued with issues. id get the "we are not aware of this" or "this is the first time ive seen this issue" among the many other bold faced LIES lol ... they are also very rude . i know dealing with customers all day may get annoying but its not adviseable to take it out on the next customer.
