HEY, HOW DO I GET SPB MOBILE SHELL 3.5??...IS THERE A CAB FOR IT?..I HAVE THE TRAIL BUT I WANT THE FULL VERSION

You have it already. In order to get the full version after 15 day trial, you gotta buy it. it's the exact same.
