Is There a Directory of Manila Files Somewhere?

I'm using Sense 2.5 and need to edit a few manila files, but I have no idea which file to edit. All they have are names like 123ab456_manila... but I have no idea what that means

I found a directory over at XDA which maps the Sense 2.1 manila files, but I'm really looking for one that shows for 2.5

Does such a listing exist? If not, how do developers know which files to edit?

When you use the Mode9 editor it gives you the name of the file (home.mode9) listed next to it. I attatched the zip file for it. Just make a copy of all of your manila files on your desktop so you can play without messing up ur phone.
