Add more links to Programs Tab?

Here is the cab for extending the Programs tab to 48 items.
I also seem to recall a cab out there to extend to 64... (edit: see post #12 below!)

Make sure you install the main 4ColumnsStart&AllPrograms cab in post #5 before using either of the "extend" cabs.

Note: The Extend_to_48_Items and Extend_to_64_Items cabs only work with Manila 2.1. (Don't install them on Manila 2.0.) Don't know how they work on 2.5 or Sense or any non-stock ROMs, but work fine on Manila 2.1 on a stock VzW WM 6.1 ROM.

Try this:

HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila
add DWORD "EnableStartMenu" and set it to 1

HKLM\Software\HTC\EnlargeMenu
add DWORD "EnableManilaStartMenu" set it to 1

There is the fix to bring the Programs tab back. Also, if you want to have 4 programs in row versus 3, install the 2nd cab. But!!! Be sure to install the tab fix first; otherwise you'll get a jumbled mess.

But your 2nd cab worked exactly as advertised: Start > 4 columns of Program Icons.

Ok, I had to install the 48, then the 64. Soft reset, now I have all 64 tabs. Cool!

LoL, mine was backwards. I had to install the 64 first, then 48 to get 48. And I have no idea which Manila version I have - whatever comes with stock 6.1 - but it worked!

And yeah, 64 is a bit much. Might as well just hit "All Programs".
