Blutooth File Explorer Shortcut

I like the 'Bluetooth for windows mobile' on my ROM, but it would be nice if there were a shortcut for it. Instead of having to slide to settings, click Wireless Controls, Click Bluetooth, Click Yes, to turn on and then there it is.
Is there a way to create a link to do this?
