Access Windows Mobile 6.5's Start Menu while using HTC Sense 2.1?
 

I recently got a Verizon Touch Pro 2 and I upgraded it to the stock Windows Mobile 6.5 rom. I think that it uses HTC Sense 2.1. The only problem I have with it is that when I click on the start menu(with HTC Sense activated), it uses the menu for Touchflo Sense, which is similar to a programs tab. I would like for the Windows Mobile 6.5 start menu to show up instead of Sense's. Does anyone have a cab for that or know how to bypass the Sense start menu?

Thanks in advance, and yes, I have searched for this multiple times on multiple sites. Sorry if there is already a fix for it out there.

There is a cab for it but I don't have it or know where it is as I'm not Verizon...I do want to let you know that you have Sense 2.1 (no TouchFlo any more, btw).

Whoops, sorry about that. I had tried to find out what version of Sense I had but couldn't find it anywhere so I assumed it was 2.5.

I tried the cab but while I have Sense activated, it still brings up the Sense start menu. Thanks though.

Well then, hopefully someone will chime in with the proper cab as I couldn't find it via searching either....

You need to change two keys:

HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila
set DWORD "EnableStartMenu" to 0

HKLM\Software\HTC\EnlargeMenu
set DWORD "EnableManilaStartMenu" to 0
