TP2 randomly powers off

So, I am getting fairly frustrated with my phone randomly powering off. Starting to miss important calls/texts and it's driving me nuts.

I am using MightyROM from Feb 5th, no auto locking apps or anything similar.

I know that it's definitely powering off, since I know people usually want to confirm it's off, not in sleep/suspended/etc. As soon as I push the power button to "wake up from sleep", phone vibrates and give me a startup screen.

It's also worth mentioning that it's happening in low signal areas, such as subway, or my office, where signal is not too stable.

Any ideas/hints/suggestions?

I was about to ask the same thing. I am using MightyRom from 1/13/10 and when using Slacker Radio, Garmin XT, or Shoutcast streaming with TCPMP I will get a random reboot or shutdown. It happens after 45min to 1hr. Anyone with what might be wrong? Is the phone overheating?

Kinda embarassing when you show someone what your phone can do then it reboots. haha

I had a similar issue about 2 weels ago. In my case, after the phone was for 7 days, it would restart just before 7am. When it did restart, my TouchFlow wasn't working, I had a generic start screen. I'm using the stock Sprint 6.1 and at the time the only thing dealing with modifying the reg were "TP2-Batt" / "BG For All Pages cab" / "Remove BT Device Volume Notification cab".

My device was sluggish and sometimes nonresponsive, I was so done, I just did a hard reset and only installed the essential.

my TP2 only has the 1% power driver, nothing else. Still does the turning off thing.
