Upgrade Manila?
I know this will probably sound stupid, but how can I upgrade my manila? I just need to upgrade to 2.5.1922, no more. Could anyone help?

It can't be done easily as you might like. You have 2 options:

1) Flash to a custom 2.5 ROM

2) Use Calkulin's kitchen to cook your own ROM with the manila version you desire


BTW, how do you have a rep of 10 with only one past that isn't thanked by anyone

Well i must admit, im that amazin... ok iv checked the kitchens, but where can i get a simple 2.5.1922 build manila?

Most of the chefs are using 2.5.2011 now

If that works for you then I recommend just using a pre-cooked ROM. Once you unlock (see here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=93252) you'll be up and running in 10 minutes

Start with Mighty's ROMs since they have the most support (see here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=101356), but once you're comfortable give the rest a test drive

Ok sounds good, but as you can see im with sprint, and apparently it messes up sprints mms... can i avoid that?
