Help! MMS - 5 hour time stamp issue w/non-wm phones

So far I have tried this test on 3 different OS's other than WM; I send an MMS to either Android, PalmOS or WebOS, all of which get the messages witha time stamp that is 5 hours earlier than when I sent it. When I send it to a WM phone it's fine and correct; when sending to other smartphones I receive that error. I think this is related to the 2016 bug, but cant seem to figure out why its a 5 hour difference every time. If it helps I'm on MightyROM 2/10/10 build.

This is annoying me since my gf doesn't even notice the MMS i send due to out of order placement of the MMS messages. BTW This does not affect SMS in anyway.

If anyone else is experiencing this too and has the ability to find out what's wrong, PLEASE HELP, its quite frustrating.
