Titanium Themed Rom

Is there a simple titanium themed version of the Mighty and or Juicy rom. Manilla is to slow for me personally. any help would be appreciated.

How do I disable the manilla/touchflow and will that free up cpu/ram on my phone?

under settings>personal>today click the items tab, uncheck tf3d or sense or whatever its called in your version, and check the windows default box.
