Not getting texts and calls?????

I have been missing calls and text messages lately. never receiving them, not even well after the fact.

is there a known issue, or is a hard reset the only option?

No, and its very sporadic. One of my co workers sent me two texts in a row, about 5 mins apart from each other. i got one and not the other. I randlomly get new voicemails and I havent moved for an hour or so with full signal.....for example.

There are posts like this here all the time & 100% of the time they are from Sprint customers.

I dumped Sprint after two years of this kind of nonsense, it is definitely a network problem.

Been almost 10 years for me.

This just stared happening recently and like I said it is very sporadic. I actually recieved the missing text I mentioned above about 45 minutes ago
