Enable TV Out

Tired to get TV out working on my TP2. Installed the Enable TV Out .cab, it installed fine and the program ran fine, however no video, only audio out. Is it possible I used an incorrect version of Enable TV?

if you are running stock, all you would've needed to do was plug your tp2 a/v cables to your phone and connect to the tv and voila!!...tv out should work right off the bat.
