Question swapping calls TP2 Verizon CDMA

I am able to swap calls by hitting "flash" on my TP2 on Verizon CDMA and swap between calls. Does anyone know how I can hangup one call selectively? If I hit "end call", it seems to hang up both calls, not just the one I am on. Also, I don't get the caller id, it just says "Call in progress connected". I used to have a Fuze on AT&T that wasn't CDMA and there was a button to swap calls on the dialer. Thanks in advance for the help.
