What exactly do you mean by gsm? Because gsm is the modulation used of sim card providers. Did you mean data?

EDIT: thanks to isdnmatt; The settings are under the Connections tab.. then tap Connections... then tap existing connections. There should be 3 entries Auto-pick, your CDMA connection, then your GSM connection. If the GSM connection isnt there, just touch New and input the settings you posted.
