Provision help

Ok, i have the htc touch pro 2 flashed to cricket with mighty rom. on the phone there is something called the carriers provisions, it has carriers such as sprint telus verizon and so forth. So heres my problem, i accidently switched the provision to telus so when i go to use the internet on the phone it tries to connect and the gives me an error. so i go into the internet setting and change everything back to the cricket wap settings. then the internet works just fine but whenever i turn my phone off then back on it goes back to the telus setting and i have to enter the cricket wap again. So my question is how do i get rid of the telus setting so when i turn my phone off and on again i dont have the enter the cricket setting over and over? and also, if i do a hard reset will i have to flash the phone again? im very sorry if this is hard to understand i am very new to the hacking/flashing thing. any help would be great and thanks for taking the time to read this.......

Re: Provision help

once you provision, it should be set. When you open the provision again... it shows the default as tellus. it's not saying that you're provisioned to tellus.

Re: Provision help

I think he's saying the provisioning screwed up his data settings cuz he accidentally provisioned to the wrong carrier

OP, go into Start -> Settings -> System -> Clear storage, then type '1234' as the password and it will reset your phone and get rid of the Telus provisioning you accidentally installed

The bad news: It will wipe your phone back to "out of the box" condition so you'll have to add all your contacts back manually after the reset. MightyROM will still be there after you reset though

Use PIMBackup to backup all the contacts. Once storage has been cleared, run PIMbackup and restore contacts.
