Try to charge your battery when red light begins to blink....charge battery full, and when the green light comes up, disconnect the charger and connect it again.

Battery should start to charge again for a while...

Wih this "trick" I made my standby-time from one to two days...

I dont hink one of your listed apps will use so much power...

+1 on blowy666's suggestion. it also depends on how heavy your phone gets play time. with me, i noticed that i can drain 20% of my battery the first hour of a full charge by surfing the web, playing with the phone (looking through file explorer just because hehehe), text messaging and a few calls.

Doing your best to give it a home reamedy deep cycle charge might help (as described abouve).

I agree, none of the programs listed will drain your device that quick.

Check your push data settings: How often you're updating&downloading mail, weather, stocks etc.

Also see if you can check what (if anything) is running in the background.

Lastly, what kind of are are you in? If it's a moderate-to-poor signal area, your device will drain really quick, as it powers up the radio and searches for a signal. Might try a #228 to update roaming data and find newer/closer cell reception.

Other than that, I'm not sure.

I 2nd & 3rd these suggestions.
Push mail is the killer though some will say Mighty Mike solve the Hotmail/Live hang after closing if you are on his rom.

But stock OS wise, push mail on Gmail or Hotmail as mail arrives is a big drainer.

I have Sprint Stock ROM.
I do not use Push Mail (I believe that TP2_Cleanup disables Push Mail).

How do I check what (if anything) is running in the background?

My signal is not bad.. 3-4 bars at home, full-bar at Office.

your phone's OEM task manager does not help you in this. try installing a task manager like this...

Check your backlight and advanced settings changing those caused my battery life to go from a day to burning through an extended battery by noon. Another setting that can affect battery life is WiFi power mode which can be set to performance or best battery. The performance setting can really eat up battery as well.

Re: Battery Don't Last a Full Day, need suggestion which program is causing

You also don't mention backlight settings which makes a huge difference.

Get a Battery monitor program and report what your getting at idle.

You can find culprit apps by just killing them off one by one.

I can get 3 days easy (on standby).
