Arcsoft MMS: What am I doing wrong???

My goal: Achieve threaded mms/sms like I had on my TP1.

So, I recently got a TP2 replacement for going through so many TP1's. Hurray for me! Love this phone. Anyways, I have been trying to get my TP2 to thread sms/mms message together like I had it before on my TP1. I'd receive an sms from person A, then receive an mms from person A, and have both messages in one conversation thread. I have scoured this site and other sites, installing cab after cab, and have yet to achieve my goal. I've tried installing the 'remove picturemail & arcsoft' cab, but that won't even install, so I end up having to install the arcsoft <insert version here> cab over the already existing mms app. I know there are many mms threads out there, but I haven't read any post where someone said they couldn't install the removal cab...

I'm running stock 6.1 on Sprint. If you've got it working, please post your Sprint server settings. Post what version of arcsoft you're using. Anything you can think of to share in how you got it working! Please help!

Yeah, I know what your talking about. On the Touch pro it would appear in the SMS thread like a little media icon and you could click on it and it would open up another window with the picture.

I dont know where to find it or even if it would work on the touch pro2

If none of this stuff works, try out the Neodium ROM in the upgrades forum. It threads MMS and SMS just like you want it.

I've tried this exact file and it didn't work. I still got mms separate from my sms. If it worked for you, did you change any of the settings or config?

Yeah, the stocker doesn't support what you are looking for. I'm on Mighty Rom, and it does it just fine.

Are you sure about that? I've seen people with the stock rom say that they've gotten it to work. I also can't believe that I could do this on my TP1 stock rom but not on my TP2 stock rom.... that would be mind blowing to me.
