in the phone settings under personal tab i see some stuff i know wasnt there & some of which likely dont matter to me & some id rather not touch. ill post the cab later when im at my desktop pc so if any1 wants to try & can then maybe better explain |

My guess would be that it does exactly as it says.
There are often phone options that are hidden by default. Go to Settings -> Personal -> Phone -> CDMA services. By default on the Sprint TP2, there are 7 options. With that cab installed, it changes the registry settings and makes the other settings visible, such as the option to stay in EVDO, 1x or hybrid. Again, this is my guess, but it's probably what it does. |

it unlocks settings for sounds and notifications on mine. ungreys some boxes like "flash light" and allows more customizations like mms sent/download notifications, etc.
