Reception problems...

Well pretty much as the subject heading reads.
Sometimes I dont get calls. My internet cuts out all the time and wont connect. Calls are still able to be made. That confuses me...
I have tried a hardware reset. Would changing the antenna be my next step?

By hardware reset you mean "hard reset" which is a complete wipe of all info. If that doesn't work then a new rom or radio or both. Not sure what carrier optus is. gsm? If there's any new radios try that.

Re: Reception problems...

A hard reset will solve nothing unless the Data is not working at all. Reception issue is just that. Bad coverage. I definitley would change my radio. That does help.

A new rom or radio? I will try and search.
I never had these reception problems before... It is definitely an error with my phone.
