MS .NET Compact Framework 3.5?

I was about to download TouchTwit when I realized that it requires MS .Net Compact Framework 3.5.

I found it at MS website, but its raw size is huge at 34MB, although what eventually installes in my TP 2 can be much smaller than that.

So, my questions are:

1. How do you find out if you have .Net Compact Framework 3.5 or not on your phone?

2. How much storage memory does .Net Compact Framework 3.5 take up?

3. Are there many other uses for .Net Compact Framework 3.5? I'd rather use another twitter app (moTweets for example) than install a huge framework just to run another incrementally better twitter app.

Thanks for your inputs.

Most newer programs like TouchTwit and other programs do use it, I dont remember how much it takes, It wont use too much though, If you have a cooked rom then 99% chance it's already included. Im on Nrg's Phoenix and run TouchTwit w/o having framework installed, It's pre-installed.
