how can i add folders and change labels on the start menu?

I know I read it somewhere once, and now cant find it to save my life!!

go to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
there you can see all the start menu icons and folders.

You could use reSTART or edit stuff in the registry here:
HKLM\Security\Shell\Start Info\Start
