Blocking caller id?

On my iPhone there was a feature which allowed me to block my caller ID, it would show restricted. So I have been looking around and so far I haven't found anything like for my TP2. Is there a way to do it with settings? Or is this a GSM only feature?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sprint can add that feature. Its a free service. Or you can always dial *67 before any calls. Thats all I know

Re: Blocking caller id?

i see that listed under the gsm options on the phone, but yeah *67 or call sprint

I think that might just be a gsm thing, now I did notice when activating a blackberry you can add that online when activating

Re: Blocking caller id?

I don't want to dial *67 every time I call someone. With every phone I have ever had before the TP2 I could change my call settings top hide my caller ID.
So there isn't a way to do it on the phone huh?

There is but only when using GSM. If you go to your phone settings, it shows CDMA services, which does NOT have caller ID as an option. Under GSM settings it does. Hope that helps.
