How to remove Disable Auto Device Lock?

I cant seem to remove the cab (Disable Auto Device Lock) I installed. I realize most say to reinstall and it will remove the cab but not to do the install. When I do this, it says it was unsuccessful at removing the previous version.

My issue with this is that it keeps unlocking when in my pocket (when I receive a text etc) so I am fine with having to hit the unlock button each time.

I also have a similar problem when removing the skull backbround cab. The cab removes fine but I am left with mostly a blank screen, no clock, just a start menu etc. Is there a stock background cab I need to reinstall?

Thanks, I am new here and know just enough to get myself into trouble.

I have a TP2 for Telus.

Re: How to remove Disable Auto Device Lock?

Someone must have had this issue, I am making too many unwanted phone calls when in my pocket and the device wakes from sleep mode with a new text message.

Thanks

Re: How to remove Disable Auto Device Lock?

Try installing this application. It allows you to toggle the lock as needed. As a side effect it first re-enables it.
