What program do you use to create sliders in cab form for Sense 2.1 on WM6.5

Ive tried hdwalls and it doesnt seem to work on sense 2.1 wm6.5 the icons look all funny and to big for the correct spots, ive tried compressed and uncompressed in the profile section and it still doesn't seem to change anything, is there a different program that you guys use??

i use cfc_gui and and find a set that works and export all as .pngs then edit with either photoshop or gimp (free). then use cfc_gui again to send them to the phone to make sure they are what you want. then quickcab to cab them up
