Quick taskbar/rom question for my uscc
 

I'm running uscc stock rom and wanted to know if there is an upgrade yet so that i can have the new sense and the new taskbar that is bigger and at the bottom of the screen. Or are there cabs to download such things. Or is there a spotless rom out there with these features. Sorry for the questions but dont have time to research
