1. how do u change the boot screen image before u cook the rom

2. how to put my custom theme with my rom before i cook it

i know how to change things after the rom has been flashed to a phone but not before thanks for all you guys help

im assuming your prolly using Calks kitchen as your base.

animation is in EXT>Shared>Packages>System - HTC Animation
