HTC Keyboard Disappeared...

the htc keyboard is no longer showing up on my gf's vzw tp2... its the stock small windows keyboard that doesnt even take up the whole screen. she says she hasnt changed anything or downloaded any updates and i cant figure out wtf happened. even when i select the swype keyboard that doesnt show up. anyone have any ideas?

Without seeing which keyboard you mean I'm not sure...but try the attached anyway. It won't harm.

When did it first appear, and is it some how tied to something you installed around that time then? I know you said "she says she hasnt changed anything or downloaded any updates", but if that's the case how did swype get on there? I'm not that familiar with it, but perhaps it comes pre-loaded on certain stock ROM's I guess.

i install everything on her phone and i installed swype several weeks ago when it first came out. thats the last thing i installed and everything was working fine. im not sure when this started cus she uses the hard keyboard and i just happened to notice this by chance yesterday.
