Any other Cab Managers (or just a reader really) out there like WinCE?

Hello all

Being new to these types of devices I have been working in the world of cab installs, especially for reg edits, for a few weeks now.

Often I would have liked to have known though exactly what changes they have made or not made but if you ever tried to open a cab with a Zip program and read any of the info you know this is not really possible.

So last night I saw a post where I saw what WinCE Cab Manager was and can do and I was like, that’s just what I need. So I found their site but then saw it was $99.00!

At any rate, I'm not quite sure what I'm asking for here per say but all I would really like to be able to do is just read these cab files, especially for what Reg changes they may make, so are there any other cab readers out there like CE that can do this (preferably for free).

Or are there any older more simpler and hopefully free versions of CE that can let me at least do that?

Or lastly is there some other way of reading what I am asking about.
