Not possible legally so get a Verizon phone.

What do you mean, legally, do you mean Verizon is going to sue me? Does anyone know if there is a hack to unlock a sprint touch pro 2 so that it will work for Verizon?

Not possible on CDMA networks (hacking an unlock to the network). The only way is to get Verizon to add the ESN# of the phone to their database. Can be done, but it's really up to the person you get on the phone and their willingness to do it.

I thought Verizon lets you add other carriers phones now? I've heard of people doing it. Are you an existing customer or a new one?

verizon has to add the sprint phones' meid to their database, you would also have to flash a verizon rom to it. but good luck with verizon doing this, seeing that they sell the same phone. sell your sprint tp2 and buy a verizon one is your best option.

new sprint TP2 on ebay is about $360..

there was only one verizon tp2 on ebay and that was for $650

I was trying to take advantage of their free droid offer. Sell the the free one for $330 and buy the phone that I actually want for $360. With this offer, I can be spending about $30 instead of $200

You dont search very well before posting. I currently see at least 10 Verizon TP2 on ebay. One with a but it now of $350. Trust us just sell your sprint and buy a verizon if will be much much easier to do then get a sprint tp2 activated

btw, if you are getting a new plan on sprint this is also a good avenue. My company is going Verizon so that is my only choice.


On ebay a new Hero and a new TP2 are around the same price.
tp2 is about $20-30 more

on sprint with all discounts the Hero and the TP2 about $70 different.

could save yourself about $40 not much.
