Is there a way to force an app to become "finger friendly"?
 

I have a dictionary that has a scroll bar, but I think a dictionary would be an ideal situation where "finger friendliness" would impair other functions of the app the least.
Is there a way to force "finger friendliness" - i.e., scrolling with finger - on an app that natively employs only scroll bars?

Some apps, like Notes, have a Draw function, which would make finger-friendly not such a good idea
