How do i shut down my sprint tp2 firewall

i am trying to install the xda unlocker on my sprint tp2 and its telling me that my firewall is up and needs to be down to continue . can someone help this novice

Pretty sure that means your firewall on your computer. If using Windows, check the control panel for the Security settings which should include a dialog for disabling the Windows built-in firewall.

is that poping up on your phone screen??? or pc screen? when installing
