ok im a little phone dumb. how do i put this into my registry? i do not know how to do this process at all. if anyone would be kind enough to tell me step by step id greatlky appreciate it. thank you

There's a cab in the first post, download it, copy it to your phone, and with File explorer, install it to your device, then soft reset.

Check post #1, there is now a link to a video on how to install CAB Files.

I've put those 2 files in the root of the TP2 drive, but when I double click the "_setup.xml" .. it would take me to a browser and nothin happen,

also when I double click the 02016FIX, it says "There's no application associated with "02016FIX". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application" ................... what does that mean?

DON'T Extract them, just copy the CAB file over.
