How do I clear storage / Hard Reset?

I was told to Hard Reset my phone. Then told to Clear Storage.

How do I go about this?

I hit start in the top left corner and I get itemized pictures. don't see an icon called system.

Oh, Im on Mighty ROM. 1 second, Ill go check my stores stock ROM

Clear storage is found in All Settings - System - Clear Storage

To do a hard reset on your device first turn it off - then hold down the send, end and down volume keys all at the same time and follow the prompts from there. If you are going to do the hard reset then the clear storage is not necessary as it will be put back to factory condition after a hard restart.
i.e. it will be in the same state as when you first took it out of the box.
