I'm sorry, I'm new.
How do you install the .cab file for the 2016 fix?

Do I just double click it in windows or do I have to drop it in TP2 file folder than install from there?

please help. Thanks!

put it either on your mem card or a folder on the phone then run it from explorer. Install to device.

I called and talked to palm and Sprint, they say that the problem has been identified, and its a issue with the windows mobile operating system so, we just have to wait for a update from either palm or microsoft. until then, we can try to use the temporary fix above.

palm makes windows mobile now?

But this is software related

Palm probably wouldn't have anything to do with it.

The only reason HTC would be involved is because TF3D also has this issue. Plus, HTC has been known to clean up Microsoft's mess. Lol.

they make devices that use windows mobile but they dont make windows mobile and no longer actively support windows mobile.. but they dont tinker around with it like HTC and obviously Microsoft..
