Hard reset with custom rom.

I just got a touch pro 2 that is running wm6.5. I am getting an error code 67 when I try to connect to the internet. I was wondering if I try to do a hard reset, will it restore my phone to wm6.1?

Re: Hard reset with custom rom.

Do a PRL update. If you can't, you probably didn't provision your phone to sprint. Go to the the rom thread that you used and ask there.

Nevermind I found the PRL download and got it working. Thank you ACHlLLES for steering me in the right direction.

Re: Hard reset with custom rom.

Go to settings, system, then click update profile. If you bought the phone secondhand then your username/password are not correct which is why you're getting the error. If you do not have these options, then download & install the file I've attached. Once installed, reset & those options will be there.

Hard resetting will NOT restore it to 6.1.
