USB Device Not Recognized ?????

Whatt....? it plugs in but after a few seconds it pops up with this message and stops charging.

having trouble charging and having trouble connecting my phone to the laptop.

try another usb cable. They can be touchy sometimes. And a fresh restart of your machine will work wonders.
