Wm wifi router

I have wm wifi router and i just got a touch pro 2 and it doesnt seem to work, none of them, ive tried using it wirelessly and also wired and neither work...
anyone have any suggestions?

I've only had luck with the commercial version, so I bought it.

I guess you have installed the stealth tethering fix , I believe it requires this . I can also tell u not to use the final free version .91 . it will fubar your data connection and require a hard reset to fix it

yea, i have a version i paid for, and i also have installed the stealth fix aswell...
when i try to load the wireless connection it says im disconnected and doesnt do anything.
and it doesnt do anything with the wired connection aswell...
didnt know if anyone else experienced this problem, and/or if anyone had any suggestions.

I use the htc wifi sharing app and on it I have to start a connection with a browser first or it wont work . maybe try that

this is a little off subject but can not seem to find an answer, i want to use wm wifirouter on my touch pro2 for wifi internet with my ipod touch...will i be charged extra by sprint for tethering or for any other charges? thanks for your time! if it helps any i have the sprint everything data plan and on mighty's 12.06.09 sense ui 2.1 release.

as long as you use wmwifirouter and have unlimited plan - sprint will not be able to tell if you tethering and will not slap you with any extra charges(ROM does not matter at all). Checked for over 9 month(with TP/Diamond/TP2)

yea i guess ill chime in on this too, i have a tp2 and i transferred all my cabs from my tp to the tp2 but like everyone else my wm wifi router dosent work, my laptop will pick up the signal but when i try to connect to the net it keeps singing that song like on the price is right when u loose... any new suggestions anyone???? please help i drive a truck

i was having an issue as well, went to the tips, hacks and tweaks thread dled wifi router and stealth teathering and have not had another issue again so maybe try re dling from that thread and the reinstall see if it fixes your problem
