Keep program running even when you close it

Is there a way to keep a program (RSS Hub) running even when I press the close button? Is there a program I can install to do this? I remember installing a program for my Mogul but can't remember what its called. I need RSS Hub to stay on so It can download my feeds in the background. Thanks.

if you open the settings of the x button you can set it to not end programs when the "x" button is pressed.

It's in settings> task manager> button.

A better way would be to add rss hub to HKCU\Software\HTC\Task Manager\TerminateProcess and give it a value of 0. That way the x button would close your other apps, but minimize rss hub.

EDIT

thanks. When you say add rss, do you mind directing me on how to do that. I know you can change values in the registry, but how do you add a program? So I am using PHM Registry editor. I navigates all the way to Terminate process and can find any option to add.
